Sadler's Wells is partnering with the STEP Programme to offer paid trainee opportunities for young east Londoners looking to take their first step into the arts and cultural sector. We are recruiting STEP Trainees across a number of departments, including:

- Development
As a STEP Trainee, you'll gain hands‑on experience while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful career in the creative industries. Trainees will receive structured support throughout the programme and alongside your role at Sadler's Wells, you will benefit from:
