We are seeking a Senior People Partner to provide strategic people insight alongside high quality operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle. This is a senior, influential role, working in a complex environment and partnering closely with leaders to shape people‑centred, inclusive and pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will build strong, productive relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger to senior stakeholders and managers.
  • The role encompasses a broad portfolio including complex employee relations, senior appointments, reward, workforce planning and organisation design.
  • You will also work collaboratively with our recognised unions to support positive and effective employee relations.

Qualifications

  • As an experienced people professional, you will have operated at senior level within a comparable multi‑site organisation.
  • You will bring demonstrable experience of managing complex casework, supporting organisational change and contributing to initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • You will have an in‑depth understanding of UK employment and equality legislation and be confident acting as a subject matter expert, advising on best practice and risk‑aware decision making.
  • We’re looking for someone with strong coaching capability and a proven track record of developing manager confidence and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.
