Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all. Through its Associate Schools and Community Engagement programmes, the Learning and Engagement department provides ongoing opportunities for people within our local communities to connect with the artistic programme at Sadler's Wells and to explore their own creativity. Nurturing young talent is another core aspect of the department’s work and through the National Youth Dance Company and Academy Breakin' Convention, it plays an important role in developing the next generation of exciting and diverse dance artists.

The aim of the role is to support the delivery of Learning and Engagement activities and provide administrative support to ensure effective running of the programme run by the Learning & Engagement department.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of administration
  • Experience of working in an arts, community or educational setting
  • An interest in performing arts and the role they play in education and community engagement
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends when required
