Sadler’s Wells is recruiting a Creative Access Officer for the National Youth Dance Company (NYDC). You will champion accessibility and inclusive practice across all NYDC work, coordinating access support and logistics to enable young people to participate from first encounter through to potential company membership.
You will work with dancers, families, artists, audiences and staff to reduce barriers, reflect on practices and promote equity in engagement across initiatives.
