Sadler’s Wells is seeking a Café Team Leader to supervise our café operations and lead a motivated team to deliver excellent quality standards.
You will work closely with the Duty Catering Managers and Head of Catering to develop the café offer and enhance the customer experience.
We require prior café or barista experience, strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
The rota includes day/evening/weekend shifts; you must have the right to work in the UK.
