Sadler's Wells is seeking an exceptional fundraising leader to join us as Deputy Director of Philanthropy. You will lead the Major Gifts team, building transformational relationships with philanthropists to secure six- and seven-figure gifts and support ambitious dance commissions and international programming. You will work closely with the Director of Development, shape philanthropy strategy, and inspire high-performing teams across the organisation while engaging Trustees and influential stakeholders.
