We want you to join our Catering & Events team. As the Café Team Leader at Sadler's Wells you will be responsible for supervising our café operations, ensuring we have a motivated, well-trained team to deliver excellent quality standards. You will have previous café and/or barista experience, love working with people, be passionate about customer service and have good communication skills. Working closely with the Duty Catering Managers and Head of Catering, you will have the opportunity to develop the café offer and enhance the customer experience. We opened our fourth venue in east London last year and you will be able to contribute to the growth of the Catering & Events team.

Note: Rota is based on daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holiday working. You must currently hold the right to work in the UK.
