Global sports retailer | Rapid growth | Multi-channel sales | Global imports & exports

When sales come from every direction, ecommerce, retail, and international partners, the supply chain becomes the heartbeat of the business.

Our client is growing fast. Products are reaching new markets, order volumes are climbing, and channels are expanding globally. To keep pace, they need a Material Requirements Planner who understands how planning decisions play out on the warehouse floor, someone who can see both the numbers and the reality behind them.

This isn\'t a role for someone who just clicks buttons. It\'s for someone who knows how product moves through a warehouse, how stock decisions impact operations, and how to stay ahead of demand across multiple international sales channels.

What youll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in planning and warehouse operations. Youll understand how forecasts translate into physical movements and the operational impact of every decision.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and planning systems. Experience with WMS or ERP systems is ideal. You need to have experience in imports, exports, and handling large amounts of data queries.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills. Forecasting, stock modelling, and reporting are your foundation. Without them, youll struggle to keep up with the pace.
  • Clear communication across departments. Planning is prediction. Youll need to explain the logic behind your plans to logistics, sales, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt. With multiple channels feeding into global distribution, priorities shift fast. Youll need to stay calm, decisive, and flexible.
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset. We want someone who challenges the status quo and drives better ways of working across planning and warehouse processes.

Why join our client?

Youll be part of a global sports brand in an exciting growth phase, scaling up operations, expanding internationally, and delivering to customers through ecommerce, retail, and global partnerships.

It\'s a hands-on planning role where what you do each day directly shapes how efficiently the business runs.
