Role: Client Success Manager, Global SaaS Platform (FinTech)
Location: Remote (UK) | London, Cardiff, or anywhere in the UK
Some travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally Europe (Spain, Germany, Austria)

They\βve recently secured new international contracts and are scaling their customer success function to match the demand, which is where you come in.
The Role
Youll manage one of the company\βs key long-term global clients, ensuring they get maximum value from the SaaS platform. This isn\βt a sales or technical support role, it\βs all about ownership, relationship-building, and making sure the client\βs investment translates into measurable business results.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for a major global client
- Running onboarding, training and workshops to ensure users adopt and understand the platform.
- Monitoring engagement and usage, spotting opportunities for improvement or upsell.
- Troubleshooting client issues and coordinating with support and technical teams to resolve them fast.
- Managing client expectations and communicating clearly when delays or technical challenges occur.
- Building a deep understanding of the client\βs business model and translating that into how the product can add value.
Youll sit within the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Team Lead, with the Head of Client Success overseeing the department. The team is made up of proactive, collaborative people based across the UK, from London to Swansea to Manchester, who work closely but independently, each owning major accounts.
Experience needed
- Has a strong background in Customer Success or Account Management, gained within a SaaS or FinTech business.
- Understands software and can confidently discuss topics like APIs, integrations, and data without needing to be an engineer.
- Communicates clearly and empathetically with clients and is able to balance honesty with professionalism when managing expectations.
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Brings positive energy, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to take ownership of challenges.
Nice to have
- Speak Spanish (ideal but not essential)
- Have experience working with enterprise clients across Europe
