A fast-growing, digitally engaged consumer brand is hiring a Marketing Executive to provide hands-on execution support across every aspect of its marketing activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with digital instincts and creative energy to develop their craft inside a product-rich, consumer-facing business, with direct exposure to content creators, social-first campaigns, e-commerce marketing and live events from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Delivery & Coordination: Support the Brand Marketing Manager in executing integrated campaigns across product launches, brand moments and seasonal trading periods. Manage campaign asset trackers, production timelines and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to gather, review and distribute creative assets. Assist with campaign briefing, feedback coordination and approval workflows.
  • Digital Content & Direct to Consumer Support: Help develop and adapt marketing content across social, email, website, marketplace and paid digital channels. Support the creation of DTC and e-commerce marketing content including product page copy, promotional assets, email campaigns and marketplace listings. Deliver blog content that engages the community and drives search traffic to the website.
  • Influencer, Creator & Talent Support: Support the coordination of influencer and content creator marketing activity, including content capture, social scheduling and asset delivery. Help manage the creator and influencer network — tracking deliverables, coordinating briefings and maintaining relationships. Monitor and report on influencer and creator content performance, flagging high-performing formats and emerging opportunities.
  • Events & Community: Help with logistics, planning and on-the-ground support at tournaments, trade shows and brand events. Support community marketing initiatives that grow audience and deepen engagement with existing fans. Assist in identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities aligned with the brand.
  • Reporting & Administration: Compile campaign and channel performance data and contribute to post-campaign reporting. Track marketing spend against budgets and flag variances. Maintain and update brand marketing calendars, planning documents and shared resources. Support competitor and market monitoring, with a focus on digital activity, social trends and emerging platforms.

Experience Required

  • 1–4 years of experience in a marketing role - in-house, agency-side or a combination, ideally with some digital or direct to consumer exposure.
  • Exposure to campaign delivery, social media management, content production or e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience using marketing or content tools (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite, Later, Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar).
  • A degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is helpful but not essential.
