The Site Supervisor will report to the project’s Works Manager. Will be to coordinating construction operations and oversee workers within their package of works. ~ Engage with the workforce, supply chain and other stakeholders to assist in achieving both the project’s and corporate health and safety targets and objectives.
Prepare and provide work permits for daily tasks that may require it.
Provide feedback from workforce and supply chain to the project’s leadership.
Identify training needs for employees and supply chain where necessary.
CSCS card – Supervisor (Gold) or Manager (Black)
CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection card (if inspecting Basic Scaffolding)
CITB Site Manager Safety Training Scheme SMSTS qualification
Knowledge of the relevant structures and civil engineering statutory procedures with particular reference to Health and Safety
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
Proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel.
Proficient in understanding and working to construction programmes
