Sacro is recruiting a Throughcare Community Worker based in Lanarkshire to support men, women and young people returning to the community after short-term sentences or remand. The role is part of a Scottish Government funded project delivering inclusive throughcare services across Scotland with a relational and practical support approach.
The post is a full-time fixed-term appointment to 31 March 2028, primarily remote with occasional work at our Edinburgh/Glasgow hubs and travel for engagement
