Youth Justice Support Worker – Fife Youth Justice Service
37.50 hours per week
Fixed Term to 31 March 2027
31 days annual leave plus 6 fixed public holidays
Salary Scale 23 - 26, currently £26,288 - £28,497 per annum

Sacro provides Restorative Justice and one-to-one Behavioural change programmes to assist young people to address offending behaviour and, where appropriate, to support young people to make amends to the person they have harmed.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with young people as part of an existing Youth Justice team.
- Deliver group work programmes and contribute to psychosocial and psychological interventions as part of the team.
- Support the delivery of Restorative Justice approaches where appropriate.
Qualifications & requirements
- Experience of working with young people who offend and knowledge of psychosocial and psychological interventions, Restorative Justice and group work delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Experience of multi-disciplinary team working would be an advantage.
- Commitment to Sacro's value base is essential.
Additional requirements
- A valid driving licence is essential for this post.
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) will be a requirement for this post.
