Summary

Nekem is seeking a Customer Service / Office Administrator to become an important part of our team, supporting customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. In 2009, Nekem became part of the Lendlock Group, now one of the largest privately owned manufacturers of personal care packaging in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers, processing enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service throughout the customer journey. You will also work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Process customer purchase orders via phone and email
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Ensure ‘on time in full’ deliveries for customers
- Manage customer enquiries relating to existing orders
- Input data onto SAGE system
- Liaise with the NPD team, sourcing and purchasing departments
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers
- Invoicing orders
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Complete all administrative actions in-line with company processes
- Any other reasonable tasks required by the company
