Our growth and success are driven by our people, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our local team. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing their abilities and confidence. Drive recruitment of Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to meet set targets. Provide training, coaching, and development to your sales team, adhering to company standards and policies. Encourage your team to generate leads through approved methods and manage internal leads effectively. Ensure the team presents the approved Finance presentation in compliance with FCA regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet business and sales targets, maximizing lead conversion. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager, consistently exceeding targets. Experience in Home Improvements or similar industries is preferred. Experience recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals is advantageous. Highly motivated with strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a targeted sales environment. Excellent negotiation skills. Experience with remote meetings and sales is a plus. Proactive, results-driven, and flexible with workload and hours. High customer service standards. Committed to personal development. Full UK driving license and own vehicle. What We Offer Opportunity for significant earnings with OTE between £50,000 – £100,000, plus incentives. Industry-leading training and career development support are provided. Basic salary of £25,366.80 with uncapped performance-related earnings. Hybrid working arrangements.
