What You\’ll Be Doing

You will be trained quickly to know the products inside out and confidently sell them to customers using your existing and growing sales abilities.

Your Role Will Involve

• Following up on warm sales leads and visiting customers in their homes.
• Providing persuasive business‑development pitches to convert quotes into sales.
• Educating customers about the products and services, thinking on your feet and cross‑selling when appropriate.
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and ensuring the job is done right the first time.

What We\’re Looking For

• Self‑motivated, confident communicator who can engage a variety of customers at even senior levels.
• Proactive, results‑driven and flexible for varied workloads and working hours.
• Consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideal experience within home improvement (or similar).
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
