- Have a commitment to supporting pupils with SEN needs and an EHCP;
- Have an understanding of how to support pupils with physical difficulties including delivering OT and physio sessions;
- Have a commitment to supporting the ethos of Sacks Morasha;
- Have a passion for children’s learning and development;
- Have an ability to support staff and pupils where necessary with flexibility within the role;
