We’re now seeking a Community & Influencer Affiliate Lead to own and grow these relationships – someone who thrives at connecting people, nurturing trust, and turning partnerships into long-lasting collaborations.

The Role

This is a people-first, creative, and strategic role. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing our community , from customers to influencers and affiliates. You’ll manage community conversations, plan events, onboard influencers into our affiliate program (ShopMyShelf), and ensure everyone in our ecosystem feels valued, heard, and inspired to champion Sachi Skin.

Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Manage daily community interactions across platforms (DMs, groups, email, customer service events). Be the warm, consistent voice of Sachi Skin.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture influencers onto our ShopMyShelf affiliate program .
• Affiliate Growth: Build a pipeline of genuine creators aligned with our brand values, track performance, and optimise results.
• Events & Experiences: Plan and execute community events – from intimate get-togethers to larger onlbrand activations.
• Customer Advocacy: Develop initiatives to celebrate our most loyal customers and turn them into brand champions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term connections with influencers, affiliates, and community members.
• Reporting & Insights: Track community health, influencer engagement, and affiliate ROI; share insights with leadership.

Who You Are

• Experience in community management, influencer marketing, or partnerships (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Skilled communicator, warm, approachable, and relationship-driven.
• Organised and proactive, with an ability to juggle multiple partnerships and projects.
• Creative flair , you know how to craft experiences and content that people love.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShopMyShelf, RewardStyle, or similar).
• Excited by the idea of shaping the heart and soul of Sachi Skin’s community .
• Bonus: Previous relationships with influencers in beauty/skincare.
