As part of the objective to grow Sachi Skin within the next 2 years, the Social Media TikTok Content Exec will have a pivotal role in shaping how our brand shows up on the platforms that matter most to today's customer. This is a role for someone who lives on Social Media & TikTok, not just as a consumer, but as a creator. You understand what makes content stop the scroll, how trends move, and how to translate a brand's identity into native, thumb-stopping video. You're a strategic thinker with your finger on the pulse of beauty on TikTok. Confident in front of the camera and behind it, you'll become a recognisable, trusted face for Sachi Skin, making ingredient-led skincare feel relatable, exciting, and scroll-worthy.
What you’ll do:
- Content creation, production and platform engagement
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels - consistently and at pace
- Develop a content calendar rooted in the brand’s editorial spine: formulation expertise, Ayurvedic storytelling, skin education
- Deliver weekly TikTok videos across a mix of formats, including on-camera content you create and present yourself, as well as sourcing and managing content from external creators, UGC contributors, and brand partners to maintain a consistent, varied publishing cadence.
- Produce and edit UGC-style content that performs natively on TikTok hooks, pacing, captions, sound
- Be a confident, warm, and knowledgeable on-camera presence for the brand, making complex skincare science feel accessible and engaging.
- Repurpose hero content across formats (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts) and across IG and other channels
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and know when to use them and when not to
- Actively manage and grow Sachi Skin's TikTok community, responding to comments, engaging with duets and stitches, and building genuine relationships with followers.
- Monitor conversations around the brand, relevant skincare topics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and content.
- Manage and grow our affiliate programme and direct relationships
- Identify, onboard, and brief micro and mid-tier creators aligned to the Sachi Skin brand
- Track affiliate performance, optimise commission structures, and report on revenue contribution
- Build authentic long-term creator relationships, not just one-off campaigns
- Work with the team to develop creator briefs, seeding strategies, and gifting campaigns
- Track content performance weekly: views, saves, follows, link clicks, affiliate conversions
- Feed data-led insights back into the content strategy what’s working, what isn’t, and why
- Collaborate with performance marketing on paid amplification of organic content
What we’re looking for:
- Genuine fluency in TikTok; you understand the platform from the inside, not just from a social media playbook
- Strong video editing skills: CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent fast, native-feeling output
- Experience managing or supporting affiliate/influencer programmes, ideally with beauty or wellness brands
- A good eye for brand; you can hold Sachi Skin’s aesthetic while still making content that performs
- Commercially minded: you think about content in terms of what it drives, not just how it looks
- Self-starter who can plan, execute, and report without being chased
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where roles overlap and ownership matters
Nice to have:
- Experience with TikTok Shop; understanding of how to create content that converts within the platform
- Skincare, beauty, or wellness background; genuine interest in the space
- Experience using Aspire or similar affiliate platforms
- Comfortable on camera as well as behind it
