About the role
Within this Personal Injury Solicitor role, you will be running your own complex caseload of EL/PL matters, RTA work, Fast Track claims and some great exposure to Inquiries and Inquests. Your other day-to-day duties may include:
- Managing litigated files within your caseload including Highway Law, Occupiers Liability, Employment Liability and Housing disrepair.
- Analysing and preparing records.
- Supporting on Business Development Initiatives.
- Claims handling.
About You
The successful candidate for this Personal Injury Solicitor will ideally have 5+ years PQE, be able to work well under pressure, and be looking to develop a long-term, successful career as well as contribute to the overall growth and reputation of a leading legal practice.
