Award-winning, leading Cheshire based law firm looking to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor into their Altrincham office.

Due to continued success within the Insolvency team, our client is experiencing expansion and are looking for an Insolvency Solicitor to join the department.

Within this Insolvency Solicitor role, you will be working on a mixed caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for claimants and defendants, speaking with clients, giving bespoke advice and attending negotiations and meetings.

The successful insolvency candidate will ideally have 4-8 years PQE within Insolvency law, has excellent organisational, communication and client care skills, can prioritise their own time well and is a team player.
