Job Description
Sacco Mann is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Conveyancing Fee Earner on behalf of one of the leading law firms in the region, for their Oakham office. The successful candidate will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing. You will be responsible for managing a caseload that includes residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, matrimonial transfers of equity, and leasehold & freehold properties. You will work closely with an experienced assistant and have access to an established network of clients and referrers.
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing, handling a caseload independently
- Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or Solicitor
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in risk assessment and due diligence processes
- Ability to identify and report potential risks to clients and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with lender requirements and compliance including post-completion procedures
This role offers a competitive salary aligned with your previous experience, complemented by 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 27 days after five years of service.
