Job Description
Sacco Mann are working on a rare and exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected law firm in Leeds. The successful candidate will be a Property Litigation Paralegal who can demonstrate upwards of 2 years' experience supporting on a caseload of commercial property disputes to include forfeiture, dilapidations, rent reviews and lease renewals. The firm are also happy to consider a Commercial Property Paralegal who has an interest in litigation.

You will be joining a great team in Leeds, known for its work on complex landlord and tenant matters. You will be directly involved in case work from the offset, drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, preparing for trial, corresponding with clients and third parties, supporting on complex hearings and dealing with legal research.
