National, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.

Our client is a Legal 500 ranked law firm that displays an impressive roster of Professionals who regularly contribute to notable publications and their reputation is known both nationally and internationally.

As an Industrial Disease Solicitor, you will be joining one of the largest Injury teams in the UK and will be given the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload including:

  1. Silicosis Compensation claims
  2. Stress at work claims
  3. Occupational asthma claims
  4. Vibration claims
  5. Hypersensitivity compensation
  6. Occupational dermatitis
  7. Chemical poisoning claims
  8. COPD and Emphysema Claims

The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years PQE, be commercially aware, can work well under pressure, and be looking to establish themselves for the long-term. This role will consider Solicitors with previous Personal Injury experience.
