Sacco Mann has been instructed on a rare and exciting opportunity for an In House Property Lawyer for one of the largest and most respected home builders in the UK. In-house property roles like this are highly sought after and will give you the opportunity to work exclusively with one client, eliminating chargeable hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and handle plot sales and part exchange transactions, working with contract packs for development.
- Oversee acquisitions, deeds of grant, infrastructure agreements, affordable housing and transfers.
- Efficiently handle a diverse range of property law aspects.
Required Experience:
- 2 years+ experience in plot sales and part exchange transactions is preferred.
- Welcome applications from people with a strong background in residential conveyancing looking to move to in-house.
