Job Role

This is a key appointment within the firm's Family Department, with the successful candidate expected to take on responsibility for a mixed caseload of private family work and eventually step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of divorce, finances, and private children matters Supervising and supporting junior staff as appropriate Playing a key role in the growth and development of the department Building strong client relationships and developing new business* Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy

Job Requirements 5+ years' PQE in private Family Law Experience across a broad range of family matters including HNW cases Ambitious, commercially aware, and confident in leadership potential Excellent client care and communication skills* Desire to progress to Head of Department in the short to medium term
