Court of Protection Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working on an excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a reputable law firm with offices across the East Midlands. If you have a background in Court of Protection and are passionate about this area of law, this role could be for you!

This role can be based across any of the firm's many offices in the East Midlands. Joining this leading law firm, you would be working in the Private Client department, managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters.

The firm are looking for qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have at least 2+ PQE and who are passionate about Private Client and Court of Protection, with solid experience in this area of law. You must have a proactive and structured work ethic, able to provide an excellent service to the firm's existing clients.
