Job Description
Sacco Mann are working on a fantastic new role based in Leeds City Centre for a Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property Finance team who have recently expanded.
The Role
You will be working on a caseload of property finance work from lenders including reward finance and land care matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on secured lending against commercial and residential property.
- Acting for and advising lender clients.
- Ensuring that title, leases, planning, and environmental risks are suitable for lending.
- Drafting and negotiating legal charges, facility agreements, and security documents.
About You
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a background in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing.
- Previous experience within Property Finance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial property law.
- Experience coordinating with developers, lenders, surveyors, planning consultants and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness.
