Legal 500 ranked law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Solicitor into Cumbria based office. As well as becoming part of a close-knit and sociable team, you can also take advantage of the firm’s flexible working policy, allowing you to work 2-3 days from anywhere, depending on business needs.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Real Estate Solicitor role within an award-winning and highly regarded Property team that works on behalf of landowners, farmers, estate managers, business owners and private clients. As part of this role, your duties may include:
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and management of agricultural lands/rural estates
- Handling a full spectrum of property transactions
- Advising on tenancies, licenses and rights of ways
- Supporting clients with succession planning
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 5 years PQE, is confident in providing excellent services to their clients and has excellent client care skills.
