Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.
The Role
- Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and provide support with estate planning
- Handle Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
- Advise on tax matters within your knowledge and escalate complex issues externally
- Act on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
- Use the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
- Get involved with business development and marketing
About You
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
- Strong commercial mindset
- Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
