A leading law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded group of specialist medical negligence lawyers, known for delivering outstanding results. The team includes accredited specialists and panel members of recognised clinical negligence organisations, offering an exceptional environment for development and progression.
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice tailored to client needs.
- Instruct experts, counsel and other third parties where appropriate.
- Draft legal documentation and prepare cases for litigation.
- Support business development and networking initiatives.
- Deliver excellent client care at all stages of the claim.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE.
- Experience in Clinical Negligence, either managing your own caseload or assisting during training.
- Strong understanding of clinical negligence law, procedure and practice.
- Commercially aware with the ability to convert enquiries into instructions.
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- A proactive, team oriented approach with a genuine desire to develop your career.
