Our national client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and growing team handling high-quality work, without the pressure of constant client chasing. Alongside an excellent hybrid working policy, this role offers the chance to be part of an ambitious and expanding firm.
The successful candidate will be confident managing straightforward sale and purchase matters independently, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. You will also support two fee earners on a more complex caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
The Role
You will work with a broad range of clients including local authorities, developers, and investors, assisting on:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build plot sales for developers
- Transactions from inception to completion
About You
- Proven residential property experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Exposure to new build work
- Ideally a basic understanding of statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement legislation
- Awareness of sector developments including the Building Safety Act and leasehold reforms
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
