A leading law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team in Manchester. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution.
  • Provide expert legal advice tailored to client needs.
  • Instruct experts, counsel and other third parties where appropriate.
  • Draft legal documentation and prepare cases for litigation.
  • Support business development and networking initiatives.
  • Deliver excellent client care at all stages of the claim.

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE.
  • Experience in Clinical Negligence, either managing your own caseload or assisting during training.
  • Strong understanding of clinical negligence law, procedure and practice.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to convert enquiries into instructions.
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A proactive, team oriented approach with a genuine desire to develop your career.
