A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IP Billing Administrator to join a small, highly regarded Intellectual Property firm with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. This is a part-time, fully remote position with excellent flexibility around working patterns and hours. Working closely with the Directors and Senior Paralegals, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial and billing operations of the firm. Given the size of the team, this is a position where you can truly make the role your own, contribute ideas, and become an integral part of the business.
The Role Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing client invoices
- Managing overall billing processes across the firm
- Processing payments to external agents and suppliers
- Supporting year-end financial duties and reporting
- Monitoring billing schedules and ensuring accuracy throughout
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding billing queries
- Assisting with process improvements and administrative efficiencies
