Our team is looking for a Sr. Manager who will report to the Director, Agency Sales Operations leader. The Agency Sales Operations team works closely with the Agency Sales team to provide solutions that improve efficiency, grow bookings, and drive success. The team delivers tools and strategies to help the Sales team stay competitive in a fast-changing industry, and are focused on building strong relationships and driving results. The Agency Sales Operations (EMEA, APAC, Payments) Sr. Manager will lead a team dedicated to providing support and strategic guidance to the sales team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Sales Operations function for EMEA, APAC and Sabre Payments with direction from the Director Global Sales Operations.
  • Trains and mentors a high performing Sales Operations team.
  • Close partnership with Sales VPs and other Sales management in performing the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual processes required to direct, manage, and monitor the Agency sales organization.
  • Represents Sales operations in EMEA/APAC/Payments leadership meetings and presents goals, achievements and initiatives in progress.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
  • Works with Director to establish strategic plans and objectives, and contributes to final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives.
  • Leads the direction for Sales Incentive planning quota setting for EMEA, APAC and Payments with oversight from the Director.
  • Leads standardized sales management processes, including sales planning, budgeting, quota allocation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborates regionally and globally in developing/enhancing standardized process, reports, and sales programs that facilitate efficient sales operations, effective sales execution, and improved management insight.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Master’s degree in business preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years relevant professional experience in sales operations, sales support/operational support.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com.
  • Strong experience in working with and presenting to all Sales levels (SVP/VP/Director/Country Leader and other Sales team members).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with Sales leadership and Sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with best practices for sales operations process and sales effectiveness metrics.
  • Proven ability to quickly and consistently execute standardized processes and enable others to do so as well.
  • Advanced analytical skills and to be able to ‘tell a story’ around insights to drive direction.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing and presenting information for executive consumption.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to forge solid internal and external customer relationships.
  • Resourceful, innovative, and adaptable. Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment, and skilled in change management.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen displaying the highest ethical standards and impeccable character.
  • Demonstrable people leader experience.
  • Must have experience working across multiple time zones and be willing to have calls outside UK hours where needed.
