The Senior Total Rewards Analyst serves as a strategic partner in designing, supporting, and enhancing global compensation and benefits programs with a strong focus for the EMEA team. A critical component of this role is the partnership with Sales Operations to ensure Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) are high‑performing, competitive, and strictly aligned with the organization’s overarching compensation philosophy and long‑term strategy. This role requires a balance of rigorous data modeling, cross‑functional influence, and global perspective.
Compensation & Incentives
- Sales Incentive Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to co‑design and audit sales incentive programs. Act as the bridge between Sales Ops and Total Rewards to ensure commission structures drive the right behaviours while remaining consistent with global pay equity and budget strategy.
- Annual Cycle Leadership: Lead the end‑to‑end execution of global annual salary planning and bonus cycles, ensuring a seamless link between performance and reward.
- Global Architecture: Manage global job architecture, pay structures, and ranges. Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness as the organisation scales and evolves its global footprint.
- Market Intelligence: Oversee participation in global compensation and market pricing surveys. Translate data into actionable insights to validate pay positioning across diverse markets.
- Systems & Integration: Partner with HRIS to test and implement Workday compensation updates. Manage data audits, EIB loads, and resolve complex compensation inquiries (SNOW).
- Strategic Analytics: Conduct competitive market analysis to support talent acquisition, promotions, and retention, ensuring offers are competitive yet aligned with the total rewards framework.

- Strategic Communications: Localise communication materials to help managers and team members understand the "Total Rewards" evolution in a culturally relevant and transparent way.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead ad‑hoc projects aimed at process improvement, moving the department from manual "heroic efforts" toward scalable, automated workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global compensation, benefits or HR analytics, with strong knowledge of compensation practices and global regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in compensation survey submissions (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW) and experienced in developing or maintaining compensation ranges, salary structures or job architecture.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Workday proficiency, with experience supporting global benefits administration (preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across global time zones.
