This is a strategic role within Sabre LGS (Lodging, Ground and Sea) organization responsible for providing technical consultations, advanced support and conducting deep conversations with customers and internal teams across EMEA, to drive adoption of Sabre solutions. Lodging is a key focus area at Sabre and one of six growth areas identified across the company. The role will work closely with the commercial team including Demand team, Agency Account and PTCs to grow CSL and car transactional volume. Additionally, you will work with Product and Technology and Product Support/Activations and customers directly to provide solutioning and effectively onboard EMEA based customers to increase bookings.

Role and Responsibilities
- This role is a strategic blend of technical expertise and consultative leadership focused on ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Sabre’s Lodging and Ground capabilities.
- You will be the primary EMEA expert for providing solutioning for travel agencies, partners, and third-party entities with the technical integration of our platforms, and work alongside other regional team members providing global solutioning.
- In addition to providing expert-level support, you’ll map client requirements by reviewing and analyzing workflows and current processes, understand expectation, and create targeted recommendations to implement Sabre APIs, that boost operational efficiency, increase revenue, and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen, with deep expertise in SOAP and REST APIs, workflow and process optimization, and Sabre product and technology domains - effectively bridging business strategy with technical execution with a hospitality, travel, or transportation industry background. They are an excellent communicator and detail-oriented professional, adept at managing multiple projects across diverse teams and time zones while driving innovation and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist travel agencies, partners, third-parties, and other entities in the seamless technical integration of Sabre’s Lodging and Ground solutions into their platforms and technologies.
- Provide expert-level support to resolve API, booking, and connectivity issues, ensuring that our strategic collaborations are supported with minimal disruption.
- Map client requirements, conduct thorough reviews of implementations, and analyze usage data.
- Develop and deliver internal and external recommendations aimed at optimizing operations, increasing efficiencies, and driving revenue growth.
- Create and maintain comprehensive case studies that document challenges and the value of innovative solutions.
- Educate clients and internal teams on industry best practices and emerging LGS features and capabilities.
- Ensure optimal use of Sabre Lodging and Ground technologies by promoting new functionalities and continuous learning.
- Engage with Product & Development, Product Support & Activations, Demand, and Account teams to ensure the smooth adoption and deployment of new product enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and solution performance.
- Lead and oversee key Lodging and Ground implementations, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal operational disruptions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, strategic planning, or digital transformation within the hospitality, travel, or transportation industries.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution, particularly in API integration and platform connectivity.
- Deep experience in SOAP and REST APIs.
- Process and API workflow optimization and solution design consulting.
- Strong Sabre product and technology domain expertise.
- Ability to collaborate strategically and tactically with internal and external cross functional teams, often across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail, curiosity and a passion for driving business value and success.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
