As a Senior Product & Technology Consultant, you guide complex integrations for travel partners, bridging technical and commercial goals. You will design architectures and onboarding programs for Sabre APIs and hospitality connectivity, helping customers adopt LGX solutions and hotel APIs. Your work accelerates production success across EMEA with API-first, multi-platform integration at scale. You will share expertise across teams and enable customers to realize measurable value through connected, intelligent travel experiences.

Responsibilities
- Guide API onboarding, testing, implementation and production launch across REST, SOAP and OAuth
- Design practical solution architectures and workflow mappings integrating Sabre APIs and hospitality connectivity
- Lead or support onboarding and adoption of LGX solutions and hotel APIs across multiple teams
- Act as SME for hospitality connectivity (PMS, OTA, GDS, channel manager, aggregator, payments)
- Partner with Sales and Account Management for technical discovery, architecture reviews, and scoping workshops
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues via payloads, logs and service behavior to accelerate root-cause analysis
- Assess connectivity performance, investigate data/workflow issues and propose improvements
- Leverage generative AI and automated log analysis tools to streamline debugging and build repeatable playbooks
- Coach colleagues and deliver technical enablement sessions to boost team capabilities
- Share expertise internally to multiply impact across hospitality, API, connectivity and integration engagements
Key requirements
- Significant experience in travel or hospitality technology, software integration, or similar technical consulting environment
- Proven experience guiding external teams through API onboarding, implementation, testing, go-live and production support
- Strong technical expertise with REST, SOAP, OAuth, XML, JSON, API debugging, log analysis, web services, and integration architecture
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA time zones
