Overview

As Commercial Contracts Manager in Sabre’s Legal team, you will draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements with travel partners, vendors and developers. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Tax to support negotiation processes, serve as the liaison between the Sales team and both customer counsel and Sabre’s in-house legal. You will lead project efforts, implement new agreements and corporate programs, and drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft custom agreements, templates and ad hoc contracts reflecting agreed business terms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Tax to support negotiations
  • Act as primary liaison between Sales, customer legal counsel and Sabre's in-house legal team; manage post-signature queries and escalate complex issues
  • Lead project management, process design and deployment of new agreements and strategic programs; write business requirements, conduct testing, provide training, drive automation

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Law or professional legal qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of contract drafting and negotiation in high-volume transactional deals
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Spanish skills highly desirable
  • Experience with technology service organizations is a plus
  • Strong communication, integrity and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a global matrix organization
