Overview
In this role you shape Sabre’s story through video, editing across campaigns, product demos, social content, and internal communications. You work in a small creative studio with a big remit, delivering polished storytelling and motion graphics that reinforce the Sabre brand. You’ll guide concepts with stakeholders, coordinate projects end-to-end, and collaborate with agencies and partners. Based in London (or UK-wide with travel), you’ll contribute to scalable, brand-aligned video across channels.

Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver video across campaigns, social, events, product demos, customer content, and internal comms
- Shape footage with strong pacing, sound, and visual treatment for various formats
- Create motion graphics to reinforce the Sabre brand
- Advise teams on video concepts, formats, and production approaches
- Coordinate video projects from brief to delivery with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with external agencies to shape creative approach and ensure brand standards
- Attend shoots when required to influence creative direction and capture needed footage
Key requirements
- Strong video editing skills with storytelling, pacing, and visual judgment
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
- Experience taking projects from brief to final delivery and managing own projects
- Ability to translate creative needs into practical production approaches
- Good communication and project management skills with stakeholders
