    • Work with paid media partners/agencies to ensure tracking, UTMs, and measurement frameworks are correctly implemented
    • Partner with the Lead Web Designer to prioritize optimizations backed by insight
  • Experience Optimization & Experimentation
    • Design, run and evaluate A/B tests or multivariate experiments on landing pages, content variants, UX flows

This role is: the hands‐on digital experience operator, optimizing the website, supporting marketing campaigns, measuring and improving performance, collaborating cross‐functionally.

This role is not: a full‐stack web developer or heavy coder, nor is it purely a designer role. It is not focused exclusively on backend architecture or advanced software engineering.

With our website function shifting to a highly engaging, brand‐driven experience, this role ensures that we don’t lose agility, measurement and optimization. You’ll make sure we drive continuous improvement – based on analysis and insight, helping campaign teams deliver highly effective campaigns and ensuring we keep raising the bar on digital experience.
