What you’ll do at BTS:
- Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies: You'll serve as their trusted advisor, collaborating closely to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Your role will involve building strong relationships, gaining deep insights into their businesses, delivering tailored solutions that address their specific needs and identifying referrals for new opportunities.
- Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities: Conceptualising and designing solutions & simulations that directly align with organisational strategy and business priorities.
- Lead client projects & programmes: You'll be responsible for effectively managing client relationships and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, off‑sites and seminars: In collaboration with internal teams across multiple projects and industries.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience in a consulting or corporate environment, ideally within strategy execution, business transformation, or commercial capability‑building work.
- Demonstrated business development experience, from identifying opportunities and shaping proposals to winning and growing client partnerships.
- Experience leading complex projects or programmes with accountability for deliverables, budgets, and results.
- Strong business and financial acumen, regularly applied to understand client performance, shape commercially grounded recommendations, and design experiences that connect strategy to results.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior clients—balancing challenge and support to create genuine partnerships that drive value.
- Skilled facilitator, confident leading strategic conversations and engaging diverse groups—from senior executives to cross‑functional teams—in dynamic, outcome‑focused sessions.
- Digitally fluent, leveraging emerging tools and technologies (including AI and analytics) to enhance solution design, productivity, and client experience.
- A confident and engaging communicator, comfortable presenting to large, senior audiences and able to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling insights.
