What you’ll do in your role
You will play a key role in growing BTS’s end-to-end coaching business - human-led coaching at all levels in organisations. You will be looking after and expanding a portfolio of existing clients, originating new client relationships, and delivering high-impact coaching engagements for senior leaders across BTS clients.
