What you’ll do in your role

  • Play a key role in business development, project scoping, development and delivery of custom leadership solutions across the talent life cycle for BTS clients.
  • Partner with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations – Global 100 and 500 companies – to learn how their business works, what their strategies are and how to shape the leadership capabilities of their senior management to enable them to do the best work of their lives.
  • Identify strategic business opportunities and convert these into sales through the assessment of clients’ needs, understanding the BTS offerings, the development of proposals and the communication of these offerings to clients.
  • Develop new solutions, working in teams or alone. Design solutions that are custom to the client’s unique context and can be scaled and delivered globally.
  • Deliver authentic, engaging, interactive and impactful facilitation of programmes to global audiences that positions BTS as the best in the market.
  • Lead others within our internal client teams and take responsibility for the learning and professional growth of the teams that work with you.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously across different industries and with different internal teams; work is mostly virtual but may require up to 50% travel.
  • Research, interview leaders, conduct analysis and test programmes to create amazing learning experiences.

  • Significant experience designing, developing and delivering leadership solutions to a range of audiences.
  • Proven business development experience with a consultative approach to building and nurturing client relationships that drive sales.
  • Extensive presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Ability to create and share thought leadership on the people side of strategy to inspire clients.
  • Embrace technology and design outstanding learning experiences at pace and scale.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to develop others, providing feedback to improve performance.
  • Business acumen and executive presence.
  • Ability to draw on a substantial professional network for potential clients and talent.
  • Agile and curious mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills; skills in another European language (French, German, Swedish, Dutch) particularly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various settings, including large groups of business leaders.
