    • Partner with the Lead Web Designer to prioritize optimizations backed by insight
  • Experience Optimization & Experimentation
    • Design, run and evaluate A/B tests or multivariate experiments on landing pages, content variants, UX flows.
    • Monitor site performance (including Core Web Vitals, page speed) and work with the agency to address issues.
    • Support technical SEO fundamentals (redirects, schema, site health) in collaboration with the agency.
  • Creative & Marketing Support
    • Using brand templates, produce/adapt visual assets (banners, graphics) and landing pages in support of campaigns.

What this role is – and what it isn’t

This role is: the hands-on digital experience operator, optimizing the website, supporting marketing campaigns, measuring and improving performance, collaborating cross-functionally. This role is not: a full-stack web developer or heavy coder, nor is it purely a designer role. It is not focused exclusively on backend architecture or advanced software engineering.

Why you’ll matter

With our website function shifting to a highly engaging, brand-driven experience, this role ensures that we don’t lose agility, measurement and optimization. You’ll make sure we drive continuous improvement – based on analysis and insight, helping campaign teams deliver highly effective campaigns and ensuring we keep raising the bar on digital experience.

We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria. You will receive separate notification as your application progresses. Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role will proceed in the selection process.
