Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced community mental health nurse (CPN) to join the Elmbridge Neighbourhood Mental Health Team as it moves toward an All-Age MDT approach.

You will conduct initial assessments, deliver a range of interventions for adults experiencing severe mental ill-health, and support personal recovery in the community. A full driving licence and car are required for this role.
