About the Role

We are seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to support Haywood Community Hospital within Midlands Partnership Trust. You will deliver high-quality patient care, support assessments, monitor patient conditions, and work within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient monitoring and clinical care.
  • Support emergency and planned admissions.
  • Take bloods, perform observations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and check clinical equipment.
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals.
  • Adhere to NMC standards and Trust procedures.
