Role Purpose
The Junior Partner Manager will play a key role in supporting Sabio’s relationships with top tier partners—including Google and Cognigy—while also managing day-to-day engagement with emerging innovators such as ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and OpenAI. You will help coordinate joint initiatives, track partner performance, contribute to go to market activities, and ensure internal teams have everything they need to deliver value through these partnerships. This role provides a great foundation for developing into a full partner management or commercial account leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day interactions with key partners including Google and Cognigy.
- Support engagement with next tier and emerging technology partners such as ElevenLabs, Deepgram and OpenAI.
- Maintain an up to date understanding of partner roadmaps and programme requirements.
- Coordination & Operational Management
- Help prepare and run regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
- Track actions, follow‑ups, and deadlines across multiple internal teams (Sales, AI Proposition, Marketing, Delivery).
- Ensure Sabio meets partner programme criteria such as certifications, reporting, and compliance.
- Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement
- Support the creation of partner aligned collateral, pitch materials, and internal playbooks.
- Coordinate joint marketing activities, webinars, and partner supported campaigns working alongside Marketing.
- Share new partner capabilities and value propositions with the AI team and with Sales and Pre-Sales people.
- Insights, Reporting & Enablement
- Help monitor partner performance including pipeline influence, deal registrations, and joint opportunities.
- Provide clear summaries and “ready to use” insights that help Sales position partner technologies effectively.
- Track competitive landscape updates and emerging innovations in AI, speech, and automation.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Partner & Commercial Skills
- Interest in technology partnerships, SaaS solutions, and AI ecosystems.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a significant advantage.
- AI, CX & Digital Literacy
- Basic understanding of contact centre technologies, conversational AI, and speech/LLM powered solutions.
- Curiosity to learn from partners ranging from hyperscalers to GenAI start‑ups.
- Analytical & Organisational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams of work.
- Confident synthesising information into clear, actionable summaries.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
