We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Solutions Specialist to join our team. We look for people with the right cultural fit having what it takes to drive our business forward. Role Purpose
The AI Solutions Specialist is a key technical leader within Sabio's Preāsales function, driving the design and delivery of enterpriseāscale AI and CX solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery workshops, validating architectures, and translating AI capability into measurable business outcomes. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and executiveālevel presentation skills, making you central to Sabio's success in competitive sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover opportunities and map AI to business needs.
- Design and validate endātoāend AI and automation architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Own technical & operational service responses for proposals, RFPs, and pitches, ensuring clarity and credibility.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations that showcase ROI and competitive advantage.
- Act as an AI authority during sales cycles, influencing deal strategy and client positioning.
- Partner with Solution Engineers on proofsāofāconcept and demos under timeāsensitive conditions.
- Provide customer and market insights to inform Sabio's product and proposition roadmap.
- Mentor junior and associate colleagues, building capability across the Preāsales team.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Expertālevel knowledge of Conversational AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of CCaaS/contact centre operations and digital CX transformation.
- Awareness of security, compliance, and integration considerations in enterprise deployments.
- Commercial and financial awareness, including ROI modelling and TCO analysis.
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape in AI/CX.
- Proven ability to translate complex architectures and organisational challenges into clear, measurable business outcomes.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including Cālevel executives.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills within competitive sales cycles.
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial positioning.
- Leadership skills to guide junior team members, drive AI enablement through the immediate Specialist team, and collaborate across functions.
- Resilience and adaptability in fastāmoving, highāpressure environments.

- Advanced cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate, GCP AI/ML Engineer).
- Vendorāspecific CX/CCaaS certifications (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect).
- Specialist AI/ML certifications (TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or equivalent).
