At Sabio Group, we're dedicated to fostering an environment where employees thrive. Since 1998, we've built a dynamic culture that is both challenging and fun, driven by a team of ambitious, knowledgeable individuals who are passionate about leading the CX revolution. We're seeking creative, resourceful people to join our fast-growing organisation, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

We work with some of the world’s largest organisations across various industries, delivering exceptional digital customer experiences through our unique blend of expertise, technology, and insight. As one of Europe’s fastest-growing providers of CX transformation solutions, we’re committed to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring our workforce reflects the diverse society we serve. Join us and help shape the future of customer experience.

This role is offered initially as an internship, providing hands-on experience within Sabio’s Account Based Marketing function. The ABM Specialist (Intern) will help increase pipeline velocity, deal value and win rates across Sabio’s highest-value AI opportunities by concentrating marketing and sales effort on the accounts most likely to convert, expand and align with Sabio’s long-term vision.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, AI Proposition and Commercial teams, the role will help build and run targeted, multi-channel outbound campaigns: sourcing the right contacts, sequencing personalised AI-driven outreach, tracking performance, and routing live replies to the right people to drive qualified meetings. We look for people with the right cultural fit having what it takes to drive our business forward. We also look for people who are keen to develop new knowledge and skills, because our growth is ultimately dependent on yours. You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Intelligence & Targeting: Find contacts, email addresses and LinkedIn profiles to populate large-scale outbound campaigns. Build and maintain clean, well-segmented target lists aligned to Sabio’s Ideal Customer Profile. Contribute to account research, including CX maturity, technology environments, transformation priorities, AI adoption drivers and buying committee mapping.
  • AI-Driven Campaign Sequencing: Sequence automated engagement steps using AI to drive ABM marketing. Deliver outreach across multiple email and social channels with personalised, on-brand messaging. Coordinate with digital, content, Sales and AI Proposition teams to support engagement activity and align messaging.
  • Campaign Management, Analytics & Reply Management: Manage campaigns end-to-end, monitoring results and performance using analytics. Identify what is working and recommend improvements to lift engagement, reply rates and conversion. Actively manage replies from target contacts, sharing them with key people for review and human-based replies with the aim of driving meetings booked. Provide a weekly report on campaign activity and results to the VP Marketing and the Commercial Director for AI.

Why This Role Matters — The Commercial Opportunity

This is a revenue-acceleration role. It helps Sabio get into the right meetings faster, stop unproductive pursuits earlier, and establish AI beachheads sooner — ensuring every strategic engagement is aligned to Sabio’s mission of combining AI with human insight. The value comes from higher-quality pipeline creation, faster pipeline acceleration, improved win rates on strategic AI deals and better return on marketing spend.

  • Higher-quality pipeline creation: focusing on ICP-aligned, high-intent strategic accounts with pre-mapped buying committees improves pipeline quality and reaches economic buyers and champions sooner.
  • Faster pipeline acceleration: insight-led, multi-touch programmes engage buying committees earlier, validate fit and readiness sooner, and allow Sabio to reallocate effort to higher-value accounts.
  • Improved win rates: clear articulation of transformation value, ROI and differentiation around AI-led CX beachhead use cases helps Sabio land quickly and expand over time.
  • Better return on marketing spend: targeted, measurable programmes strengthen differentiation, executive-level credibility and long-term brand equity.

Indicative Impact

This role will help Sabio focus on around 30–60 important target accounts. By finding the right contacts, supporting better outreach and helping create more qualified meetings, the role should help Sales and Marketing move faster and focus on the opportunities most likely to convert. Over time, this could make a meaningful contribution to new revenue, with further value as the ABM programme grows.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Marketing & ABM Capability: Prospecting & data: comfortable using apps and data tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar to source contacts and verified email addresses. Training will be provided.
  • Outbound & AI: interest in sales-engagement and outbound automation platforms, and in using AI to draft and sequence personalised outreach.
  • Communication: strong written English for clear, on-brand outreach copy across email and social channels.
  • Analytical mindset: confidence reading campaign analytics including open, reply and meeting-booked rates to understand performance.
  • Organisation: detail-oriented and well organised, comfortable managing high-volume lists and maintaining CRM data hygiene.
  • CX, Digital & AI Awareness: Interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and AI‑driven technologies. Training and structured support will be provided to build deeper expertise.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise insight. Working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, or a willingness to learn.

  • Communication: translating ideas into clear, concise, audience-ready messaging.
  • Collaboration: working effectively across Marketing, Sales and AI teams.
